Welcome to brucelisker.com (the “Site”), the personal website of Bruce Lisker. By using the Site, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Site.

1. The Site and its content

The Site shares my personal story, my account and analysis of my case, my writing, my artwork, and information about services I offer. Accounts of the case reflect my own experience and viewpoint. Content is provided for general informational purposes and is not legal advice.

2. Intellectual property

Unless noted otherwise, the text, essays, case analysis, artwork, images, and design on this Site are owned by me or used with permission, and are protected by copyright. You’re welcome to read and share links. Please don’t reproduce, republish, or sell the content or artwork without my written permission.

3. Prints and purchases

Fine-art prints can be bought on the Site. Checkout is handled securely by Stripe, and each print is made to order by my fine-art print partner, Prodigi; signed limited editions are signed by hand in my studio and shipped from there. Prints are subject to the pricing and to the shipping and returns terms presented at the time of purchase. For a question about an order, contact me.

4. Services

Any services I provide (such as web design, photo restoration, tech help, or photography) are arranged and governed by a separate agreement between us. Descriptions on the Site are not an offer or a binding quote.

If you message me through the Site, please provide accurate information and don’t send unlawful, abusive, or infringing content. I use reasonable measures to prevent spam and abuse.

6. External links

The Site links to third-party websites (news outlets, organizations, and resources) for your convenience. I don’t control and am not responsible for their content or practices.

The Site is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, I’m not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Site.
