Shipping & returns.
Every print is made to order and handled with care. Here is what to expect, and what I’ll do if anything goes wrong.
Where I ship
Within the United States. Prices include shipping. For delivery elsewhere, ask me and I’ll quote it.
When it arrives
Open-edition prints are printed to order by my fine-art lab and usually ship within a few business days, arriving about a week after you order. Larger prints travel rolled in a sturdy tube.
Signed limited editions come to my studio first, where I sign and number each one by hand and pack it with its Certificate of Authenticity. Please allow two to three weeks from your order to delivery.
You’ll receive an order confirmation by email, and a tracking number once your print ships.
If a print arrives damaged
Prints are packed to survive the trip, but if yours arrives creased, torn or flawed, email me a photo within 14 days of delivery at sales@brucelisker.com. I’ll replace it at no cost, or refund you in full if you prefer.
Returns
Because every print is made to order for you, I can’t accept returns of open-edition prints for a change of mind.
If a signed limited edition isn’t right for you, you may return it within 14 days of delivery, unframed and in its original condition with its certificate, for a refund of the purchase price. Please email me first so I can tell you where to send it.
