This is where we connect when I’m helping you remotely. It’s the next best thing to sitting down beside you: with your permission, I can see your screen and walk you through whatever’s giving you trouble — patiently, and at your pace.

Ready when we’re on the phone

Click below, then type in the Session ID I sent or told you. Do this on the computer you’d like help with.

Open the secure connection →

The button opens join.zoho.com in a new tab. If it doesn’t open, type that address into your web browser yourself.

How it works

  1. We connect first

A session only ever starts once you and I are already in contact — by phone or text. If we haven’t arranged that, there’s nothing to do here yet.

  2. Open the connection page

Click the button below on the computer that needs help. It opens a secure page from Zoho, the service I use.

  3. Enter the code I give you

I’ll give you a short Session ID — by text or over the phone. Type it in, add your name, and click “Join.”

  4. Approve the one-time download

A tiny helper app downloads. Open it and say “Yes” to let me see your screen. That’s it — we fix it together.

You’re always in control

  • Nothing happens until you and I are already in contact and you click to approve it.
  • You watch everything I do on your screen the whole time.
  • You can end the session instantly, whenever you want.
  • I have no standing access — I can’t connect again unless you start a new session here.

A word of caution: I will never call you out of the blue asking to connect to your computer. If someone contacts you unexpectedly — by phone, email, or a pop-up — claiming to be me or my “support team,” please hang up and reach me yourself through my contact page. A real session only ever begins from a conversation you started.

Works on Windows and Mac. Not sure about any of this? That’s completely fine — get in touch and we’ll set up a time to walk through it together.
