A quiet practice for people carrying more than they can name. We work slowly, with the body, until the nervous system remembers it is safe.
Follow the circle. In for four, hold for four, out for six. That's the whole practice — it's also, honestly, most of the work.
Every path here begins with the same first session — an unhurried hour where nothing is required of you but showing up.
I don't believe people are broken and in need of fixing. I believe bodies are wise, that they adapted for good reasons, and that they can un-adapt when it finally feels safe enough.
My work draws on somatic experiencing, attachment theory, and fifteen years of sitting with people in hard seasons. Sessions are unhurried and collaborative. You set the pace; I hold the container and pay very close attention.
There is no wrong way to begin, and no requirement that you arrive knowing what's wrong.

The first hour is a conversation, not a commitment. We'll talk about what brought you here and whether this is the right fit — and if it isn't, I'll help you find where is.
