We cook what the coast gave us this week and serve it to nineteen people at a single counter, twice a night. There is no à la carte. There is no substitution. There is only tonight.
A concrete room with a nineteen-metre oak counter and a window facing north. Nothing on the walls.
You will sit beside people you have not met. You will watch the four of us cook the entire meal in front of you, without a pass and without raised voices. Most nights nobody uses their phone after the fourth course.
We ask that you arrive on the hour. The first course is served to everyone at once.
